Creating a Spiritual Will  There are several steps in the creation of a Spiritual Will. The first step is to generate a Life Map. The purpose of this map is provide a basis upon which to review your life experiences. The next steps include assessing and prioritizing your values, life lessons learned and the family stories that illustrate the insights you have gained. You may also include statements about forgiveness and regrets as well as words of hope for the future. The last steps are writing the will and determining when you will share the will with those for whom it is written.
